This is an image of an Old Lunar Crescent in the southeastern sky during predawn. Thin Moons and the sight of the earthshine never fail to amaze me. Old Moons are close to the horizon, and thus the Sun, which makes the 6% lit lunar disc quite hard to spot. Despite this challenge, I still wake up early to catch this view. It's one of the best things to start my day.
