What Comes to Mind? - MyMoon

NASA and MyMoon have teamed up to blog about everything lunar. Art, literature, music, movies, science, and everything in between!

All quiet on the twitter front.

I have a very simple question (simple questions come from simple minds, right?): What comes to mind when you hear “Apollo Moon Landings”? I don’t have any proof to back this up, but I would imagine most people think of astronauts on the Moon’s surface, most likely Buzz Aldrin and/or Neil Armstrong. Some folks probably also think of the ginourmous Saturn V rocket or the spider-looking Lunar Modules. Other may think of the heroics of Apollo 13. Still others may think of Tom Hanks. What do you think of when you hear “Apollo Moon Landings”? Tell us in the Polls!

What comes to mind when you hear "Apollo Moon Landings"?

  1. Saturn V rocket 1 (50.00 %)
  2. Buzz Aldrin 0 (0%)
  3. Houston, we have a problem. 0 (0%)
  4. "Houston, Tranquillity Base here. The Eagle has landed." 1 (50.00 %)
